Second week of college. And before I get into excessive whining, I'm going to concede that YES, it's lighter than fourth year HS. First weekend of HS and I was already drowning in work. This time, I'm actually not.
WORK - Is different. Even though I only have six subjects for the whole semester, kinacareer ng teacher for EACH subject. And yeahp, say bye bye to points for homeworks, seatworks, and quizzes. You have two long tests, the big fat requirements, and your midterm/final for a grade. Crapbag.
BLOCK - Been inactive for the week, sort of, compared to last. Bailed on block bonding last Thursday. But block's all good. :) T2 is love.
ORGS - ADS, ACGC, and MEA. I still have no idea whether this was the right decision. I really hope so though.
And lastly, second week consisted of...
1. Coming in right on time for Math. Mondays are just too hellish for words.
2. A harder Math test than last week's.
3. Having my umbrella turn inside out.
4. Walking in the mud and grass with a person who is intensely afraid of frogs. Funny experience. Panalo talaga.
5. Terno day: pink umbrella, white top, pink skirt, white shoes. I think I looked like a cake.
6. An impromptu literature presentation. It worked out.
7. Celebration in old spaghetti house over the fact that three roommates did not get into basic Filipino.
8. Signing up for orgggs.
9. A three hour dinner in KFC. We stayed until the place closed down.
10. Panic night: three roommates screaming at one another. We also hate answering the phone.
FRIDAY was...
Teacher's day so ADMU had no classes. Thus... it was the the day to visit WR.
Mobbed by underclassmen! :)) I CAN'T believe they're seniors.
Visited the teaaaachers. They miss us, :)) Thanked Ginang, I passed the diagnostic test! Momma C, Ma'm Buni, Mrs. Almera, Mrs. Adajar, Mrs. Sator, Miss QQ.
Batch 2008 Ateneaans! So many people there... :)
But basically...
It felt very home-ish. Compared to Ateneo, Woodrose is definitely a much smaller campus. But there's the aura of knowing that everyone knows everyone, you can curl up into a ball and sleep in the floor during breaks, that you're still a SUPER SENIOR, that you're still around batch 2008.
I MISS IT.
I have attachment issues, no kidding. And going to college was definitely one of them. Always a Rosette at heart. :)
